I get the question, “What do you do to work-out?” quite a lot. Here’s my answer.
I’ve been a competitive swimmer since I was eight years old, so being in the water (whether the pool or the ocean) is and always has been my favorite way to work-out. I usually train two hours a day on my college team during the week, and on weekends I’ll surf or free dive.
As long as I can end the day salty, sandy and a little sunburned, I’m a happy girl.
